Far Afield was founded in the UK by brothers, Mark & Chris Scholes in 2016.

Far Afield makes a conscious approach to sourcing products from reliable and ethically sound suppliers. Dedicated to ethical production, adult only labour, fair working conditions and practices, adequate social care for workers and fair remuneration.

Far Afield require industry standard accreditation and audits where available and insist on practices which go further than fair trade.

Fabrics and yarns are sourced from various leading fabric mills across the globe. With a purchasing policy on new woven and jersey fabrics that must be Organic (GOTS) or Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) accredited cotton only.

Huge efforts are made for the betterment of all people involved in the process whilst making everything sustainable and environmentally non destructive.

We have stocked Far Afield at Seventh Seal since our opening, for good reason. Incredible garments, with soul and conscience that make you feel the bollocks either day to day at work or home, or having it large on a night out (out, out).
